1 Collection, processing and use of personal data
To use our website, we collect only the most necessary personal data. These are your e-mail address, password, location, your preferred partner charity and basic data about your purchases and bookings (date, shop, amount, with which you have helped your charity free of charge). We need this information to ensure the payouts to our charities are correctly calculated. This data will be saved as long as you have a valid user account with us. If you cancel your account, your data is deleted as soon as all of the funds collected by you are paid to your charity.We will use your e-mail address only for our own communication with you. You can unsubscribe at any time from receiving our newsletter by clicking the apporpirate link within your user account.
2 No transfer of personal data
We never give personal data to third parties without your consent.
Only if you explicitly authorize us to do so, would we consider
forwarding your name and e-mail address to the charity of your choice.
3 Cookies
So-called "cookies" are an essential part of our Internet presence as they ensure the proper handling of the commission payments between us and the Internet merchants on one side and us and our charity partners on the other side. Some of these cookies are transferred from our server to your system where these are mostly so-called "session cookies". "Session cookies" are characterized by the fact that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive. Cookies are completely harmless and cannot cause any harm to your system.
